We use your address only to reply, and we delete the message once it is dealt with. Details in the privacy policy.

What to write to us about

  • Corrections. If a specification or a figure is wrong, tell us. We fix it and the article carries a visible update note saying what changed.
  • Machines to test. Models you would like us to look at, and comparisons you cannot find a straight answer to anywhere.
  • Press and makers. Enquiries are welcome. No maker can buy a review or a place in a list; our testing method sets out how we work, and we do not accept machines in exchange for coverage.
  • What yours is actually like. Owner reports — especially about reliability at three and five years, and about descaling in hard-water areas — are the data no specification sheet carries, and they sharpen our ratings.
